Sailing Clubs with Yeoman Kinsman Fleets

At the heart of the Association are sailing clubs. Both boats were designed for inland waters and will therefore be found on many lakes and some estuaries. The clubs with designated fleets are based in Norfolk, Rutland and Ireland.

Norfolk Broads Yacht Club

Located on Wroxham Broad, NBYC is home to the biggest Yeoman fleet, currently standing at some 40 boats.

Horning Sailing Club

Horning has a large fleet of Yeomans which race on both the River Bure and Black Horse Broad

Coldham Hall Sailing Club

Coldham Hall is based on the River Yare. It is home to an active, and growing, Yeoman/ Kinsman Fleet.

Rutland Sailing Club

Rutland is the primary base for the Kinsman as its lifting keel enables easier launching onto Rutland Water.

Lough Earne SC Ireland

Lough Earne is a wonderful place to sail a Yeoman. In recent years the fleet has grown to around 20 boats.

Snowflake Sailing Club

Based at Horning, Snowflakes is a winter sailing club attracting Yeoman sailors from many Norfolk clubs.
