At the heart of all sailing activities are the sailing clubs. The Yeoman was designed for inland water sailing and will therefore be found on many lakes and some estuaries but the major clubs are based in Norfolk, Rutland and Ireland
NBYC is the spirital home of the Yeoman and supports the biggest fleet of some 40 boats.
Horning has a large fleet of Yeomans which race on both the River Bure and Black Horse Broad
Coldham Hall is growing steadily with some 20 Yeomans racing based on the River Yare
Rutland is the primary base for the Kinsman where its lifting keel enables easier launching into Rutland Water
Lough Erne is both big and beautiful making it perhaps the most exciting of all for racing a Yeoman
Based at Horning, Snowflake's is a winter sailing club attracting Yeoman sailors from across the Broads.
